Harbeth at Cloney Audio

The Harbeth company was founded forty years ago by Dudley Harwood to commercialise R&D work undertaken at the BBC. This was at a time when the BBC was a significant force in audio research, development and design as well as broadcasting. Since then Harbeth has continued to perfect this broadcast engineering approach to its loudspeakers i.e. focusing on speakers that are tonally accurate and give an authentic reproduction of the original recording.

While the speakers appear outwardly conventional, they incorporate proprietary technology, such Harbeth’s exclusive RADIAL™ cone technology.
